Quality Control

Quality Control
1. Raw Material Control: Acceptance and testing of chemical raw materials according to company standards.

2. Production Process Control:
1. Process Standardization: Establish strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clearly defining parameters such as reaction temperature, pressure, and time.
2. Real-time Monitoring: Real-time data acquisition through sensors, SIS, and DCS (Distributed Control System), allowing for timely adjustment of abnormal parameters.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Regular calibration of instruments (such as flow meters and thermometers) to ensure production equipment is in optimal condition.

3. Finished Product Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets company standards according to company testing standards and methods.
Main testing items: Appearance, color, strength, moisture content, insolubles, etc.
Main testing methods:
Testing the quality of the dye itself: Using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer to test the quality of the dye itself.
Application testing of dyes: Conduct application tests according to the intended use of the dyes, using both visual inspection and a computer colorimeter to test the color and strength of the dyes.

4. Shipping Quality Control
Secondary inspection mode before shipment.
Unified quality standards, application fields, and testing methods with customers.
The standard sample determined by both parties serves as the testing standard. Testing is conducted according to the customer's application field and testing methods to minimize testing errors between the two parties. We strive to ensure that the testing results in our laboratory match the customer's usage results.
